New Delhi, May 22(UNI) Cautioning party workers, Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday
asked them to trust themselves and not to affected by 'fake exit polls' propaganda.
Mr Gandhi taking to micro-blogging site Twitter said, 'The next 24 hours are crucial. You are fighting for truth. Don't get disheartened by 'farzi' (fake) exit polls' propaganda. Keep faith in Congress party and yourself.'
"Your hard work will not go waste(aapki mehnat bekar nahi jayegi). Jai hind,' Mr Gandhi tweeted.
On Tuesday, AICC general secretary for Uttar Pradesh east Priyanka Gandhi Vadra expressed confidence that their efforts would bear fruit.
In a message to Congress workers, she asked them to stay vigilant outside strong rooms and counting centres.
In her message to party workers, Priyanka had said,'Dear workers, brothers and sisters, do not get disheartened by the rumours and exit polls. These are being spread to demoralise you. In this context, it becomes more important for you to be vigilant. Be cautious and stay vigilant outside strong rooms and counting centres.We are fully hopeful that our efforts will bear fruit.'
