Raghubar chairs Siddi Baat: Warns officials not to make people run for small things

Ranchi, Nov 27 (UNI) Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today chaired the Siddhi Baat Programme at the Suchana Bhawan here during which he warned the officials not to make the people run for small things and said that this kind of attitude will not be tolerated at any cost.
A total of 19 complaints were brought before the chief minister during the programme. Over a complaint from Birni Police Station area of Giridih district where it was pointed that despite four years of the rape and murder of the girl none of the accused has have been arrested he expressed his anguish over the functioning of the police and ordered for immediate removal of police station officer-in charge of Birni Police Station and also the investigating officer of the case.
Mr Das directed the DIG to conduct a probe into the incident and submit a report within 24 hours. Over another complaint from Ramgarh where it was pointed that despite death of a worker four years ago the death certificate has not bee issued over this he said that it was incorrect to make the people run for smaller things and ordered the Ramgarh DC to make sure that the certificate is issued within three days.
