Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Jun 26 2016 6:02PM Raghubar attacks Nitish over 'Topper Scam', invites students from Bihar to study in JharkhandRanchi, Jun 26 (UNI) Taking potshots at Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar after the topper scam came to light, Jharkhand CM Raghubar Das today said that there was a time when Bihar was the torch-bearer in the area of education but now due to the 'mafia' who have high political contacts, the education system has lost its relevance. Talking to reporters at his residence here after flagging off a couple of Digital India IT Outreach vans, Mr Raghubar Das said everyone knows what is the standard of education in Bihar. Earlier also, the degrees from Bihar were viewed with suspicion and now when the topper scam has come in the open, questions would be raised on all the educational degrees of that state.
