Rachakonda Police Commissioner appreciates CCMB’s multi-research activities

Hyderabad, Jan 26 (UNI) Rachakonda Police Commissioner Mahesh Bhagwat on Tuesday appreciated CCMB’s multifaceted research activities, especially during COVID-19 setting newer standards for science and technology in the country.
Addressing after hoisting the national flag on the occasion of 72nd Republic day celebrations held at CSIR-Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) here, Bhagwat recalled his meeting with Dr PM Bhargava, Founder Director, CCMB where he was impressed upon the need of fighting superstitions among the populace of India.
Among CCMB’s contributions to enhancing lives, Bhagwat especially dwelled upon the importance of wildlife forensics and DNA fingerprinting.
