R P Thakur assumes charge as APSRTC VC & MD

Vijayawada, Jan 18 (UNI) Mr R P Thakur took charge as Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of State-owned Andhra Pradesh Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) here on Monday.
Mr Thakur, after taking charge, reviewed the present status of APSRTC, particularly about the status of operations, financial position in the post Covid-19 lockdown scenario, with the Executive Directors and other senior Officers.
He said that he would take the employees of APSRTC into consideration in striving for the improvement of the Organization, while paying attention to the welfare of the employees and also build-up a good image to the government.
