Put economy in better trajectory : Chairman, Finance Commission

Imphal, Nov 30 (UNI) Manipur has high rate of economic growth but it has to do lots to put the economy in better trajectory.
Harnessing solar and wind power, strengthening human resource and keeping transparency of accounting system are needed said Chairman of 15th Finance Commission, N.K. Singh today during a Press Conference helf at the Old Secretariat Conference Hall here.
Solar Power is now available in the state as renewable sources along with Wind Power, which can be utilised properly. Focus should be on education sector, establishment of more medical, nurses training and paramedic institutions as there is shortage of specialists in India and other parts of the world.
