Purvanchal Expressway will be functional by April 2021: UP CM

Lucknow, Feb 8 (UNI) Reviewing the progress of the under-construction Purvanchal Expressway, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the government will leave no stone unturned to get the Purvanchal Expressway functional by April.

“Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, we are hoping to get the Expressway functional by April 2021. I am visiting the spot myself to know the progress of the construction work so that it can be completed on time,” he said during his review visit at six spots of Purvanchal Expressway in Ghazipur, Azamgarh, Sultanpur, and Lucknow on Monday. He also had an aerial survey of the project.
