Punjab records 46 new Coronavirus cases, tally at 2461

Chandigarh, Jun 5 (UNI) Punjab recorded 46 fresh Coronavirus cases on Friday, raising the infection tally to 2,461 in the state.
According to an official medical bulletin, sixteen confirmed cases have been reported from Ludhiana, eight from Jalandhar, four from SAS Nagar, three each from Amritsar and Gurdaspur, two each from Kapurthala and Tarn Taran and one new case each from Patiala, Sangrur, Muktsar, Moga, Faridkot, Bathinda, Pathankot and Fatehgarh Sahib districts.
Of the 46 new cases, source of infection to five patients is out of Punjab, it said.
