under a lockdown for protection against the coronavirus. The MLA himself was present at the time.

According to the police, a Honda City vehicle arrived at Maharana Pratap Chowk in Sirsa, where the stationed duty magistrate Munshi Ram and Deputy Superintendent of Police Dinesh Yadav made a gesture to stop the vehicle stationed thereafter, after which, the police employees stopped the vehicle and came to Sirsa Reason asked. During this, while introducing Uttara and a legislator of the MLA as a bodyguard of the MLA, a Punjab Police present in the MLA's car told that the train has MLA Dilraj Singh from Sardulgarh assembly constituency of Punjab and he has come here to meet the patient undergoing treatment in a hospital.

Mr Yadav asked the bodyguard of the MLA why he has come with the MLA and why not write to the Punjab government against him. The bodyguard said that he has a duty to protect the MLA and it is his duty to accompany him.
