Punjab Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO offers prayers at Thiruvananthapuram Gurdwara

Chandigarh, Nov 6 (UNI) Punjab Public Works Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO on Thursday offered prayers at the Station Gurdwara Sahib in Thiruvananthapuram on the occasion of the Parkash Purab (birth anniversary) of Sri Guru Nanak Dev.
During his visit to Kerala, the minister also extended a formal invitation to Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan to attend the upcoming 350th Martyrdom Anniversary commemorations of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur, scheduled to be held at Sri Anandpur Sahib in Punjab.
Addressing members of the Sikh community present at the Gurdwara, Harbhajan Singh conveyed greetings on the sacred occasion and urged the diaspora to remain connected with their spiritual roots while continuing to share Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s universal message of peace, equality, and compassion.

New UP BJP President to be announced on Sunday, election process to start tomorrow

ED raids 25 locations linked to UP cough syrup syndicate

Lucknow, Dec 12 (UNI) The Enforcement Directorate (ED) today launched extensive raids across six cities as part of its money-laundering investigation into the illegal trade of codeine-based cough syrup in Uttar Pradesh. Beginning early in the morning, ED teams conducted searches at 25 locations connected to the suspected syndicate in Lucknow, Varanasi, Ranchi, Ahmedabad, Jaunpur and Saharanpur.
