Punjab govt to organise six mega job fairs in Jalandhar

Jalandhar, Jun 18 (UNI) Punjab government has carved out a plan to organise six mega job fairs in the district during the months of October and November this year.
During a review meeting of arrangements to be made for these mega job fairs, Additional Deputy Commissioner Kulwant Singh on Tuesday said the administration was hopeful of participation of more than 12,000 youths in these job fairs which would be held at DAVIET, CT Polytechnic, DAV University, Lyallpur Khalsa College, Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, District Bureau of Employment and Enterprises besides others.
He directed the heads of all the departments to ensure that this flagship programme of Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh was completed successfully.
