Punjab govt committed to ensure gainful future for SC students : Dharamsot

Chandigarh, Nov 14 (UNI) Punjab Social Welfare and Minorities Minister Sadhu Singh Dharamsot has said that while state government is committed to ensure gainful future for SC students, it is also serious to find lasting resolution to all issues concerning them.
Interacting with a Joint Action Committee delegation at Secretariat here on Thursday, Dharamsot assured to resolve all genuine demands raised by joint committee of the association at the earliest. He assured to raise the issue of reducing earlier decided fee up to 75 per cent before Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh. The fee structure of neighbouring states would be adopted as base, he added.
Private colleges are providing basic infrastructure for imparting education to SC students, he said, adding it was imperative to find lasting solution to all their issues.
