Punjab BJP's core committee meets CM deteriorating law & order situation

Jalandhar, Aug 7 (UNI) Members of the Punjab BJP core committee today met Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal and Deputy chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal on the issue of deteriorating law and order situation in the state.
The members of the core committee met here at the circuit house to take stock of the situation arising due to the murderous attack on Brigadier Jagdish Gagneja, the deputy chief of RSS for Punjab, decided to take up the issue first with the Deputy Chief Minister who is also the minister-incharge of Home affairs.
If he fails to give any kind of assurance to tackle the situation with firm hands, then the members of the core committee will meet the Chief Minister.
