Pulwama attack: No opening ceremony of 12th edition IPL

New Delhi, Feb 22 (UNI) The opening ceremony of the 12th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) will not take place in wake of the terror attack and and instead donate the money to families of Pulwama martyrs.
One of the BCCI official said, this is a good initiative taken by the IPL officials, the sacrifices by the CRPF jawans for the country cannot be paid back, but the amount of the budget for the opening ceremony will be given to families of the victims of this terror attack."
