Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Jan 20 2016 5:24PM Public prosecutor Budhale opposes bail of accused SameerKolhapur, Jan 20 (UNI) Public prosecutor Chandrakant Budhale today opposed the bail to Sameer Gaikwad, who was arrested in connection with the Com Govindrao Pansare murder case, on possibility to abscond after getting a bail following his "close connection" with Rudra Patil, an accused in Madgaon-Goa bomb explosion case. Mr Budhale opposed the bail on behalf of investigation officer Mr Chatainya, who is also Additional district superintendent of Police, which was submitted before Additional district session Judge L D Bille this afternoon.
