Prompt action by police saves 5 boys from joining militancy in Srinagar

Srinagar, Dec 3 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir police in a swift action saved five boys from joining militancy in the summer capital, Srinagar, a police spokesman said here on Monday evening.
He said five boys who had left their homes for school in Srinagar informed their parents that they are joining militancy.
However, the parents immediately informed the police that they received phone calls from their kids who had left for their school in the morning informing that they are going to join the militant ranks.
