New Delhi, Feb 26 (UNI) In wake of large-scale violence in Delhi's north-east districts and loss of several lives, the leaders of Indian National Congress, including its general secretary Priyanka Gandhi took out a 'peace march' in the national capital on Wednesday.
The peace march was held hours after the party's highest decision making body, the Congress Working Committee (CWC), demanded resignation of Union Home Minister Amit Shah for failing to control the situation in Delhi.
The march to Tees January Marg (Gandhi Smriti) started from the Congress's headquarters, however, Delhi police stopped the march at Janpath.
