Mirzapur, Mar 19 (UNI) With an aim to strengthen the Congress party's prospects in the Lok Sabha elections, Congress General Secretary for eastern Uttar Pradesh Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Tuesday reached her next destination Mirzapur in her ongoing 'Ganga Yatra.'
Ms Vadra who is also set to visit Varanasi from Prayagraj through the Ganges, reached here through a road route and paid obeisance at the Maa Vindhyavasini temple.
The Congress leader, who reached the district five hours late than the scheduled time conducted an 'aarti' at the temple.
