Prez, VP, other leaders greet PM Modi on his birthday

New Delhi, Sep 17 (UNI) President Ram Nath Kovind, Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu, and several other leaders on Friday greeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the occasion of his 71st birthday.
Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, the President wrote, "My best wishes and greetings to Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi. I wish you good health and long life, and continue to serve the nation."
"My greetings to Prime Minister Narendrabhai Modi on his birthday. I wish you a healthy, long and prosperous life dedicated to the service of the nation," tweeted Vice President Naidu.
BJP national president Jagat Prakash Nadda and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi have also greeted the PM.
"My heartiest greetings to the most popular leader of the world, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, dedicated to the development of the last man standing in the society, a symbol of visionary, decisive leadership and tireless work. I pray for your healthy and long life," Nadda tweeted.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said, “My best wishes to PM Narendra Modi on his birthday. Known for his decision- making ability, imagination and vision, Modiji’s resolve to make India a self-reliant India is a symbol of his vision and strong will.”
Home Minister Amit Shah extended his best wishes to the PM and prayed for his good health and long life.
“Modiji's determination and dedication has created a new energy and confidence in the countrymen, due to which the country is marching towards self-reliant by setting new records,” he said.

Law and Justice Minister Kiren Rijiju in a tweet wrote, “Happy birthday to our dearest Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji. Your visionary leadership embodying high ethical values and morality in life has provided us the perfect energy and confidence to make our country truly Aatmanirbhar Bharat. I pray for your good health and long life.”
External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar in his tweet wrote
“Warm birthday wishes to PM Narendra Modi. His leadership in building an Aatmanirbhar Bharat will surely set India on the path to be a leading power. Wish him a long and healthy life in service of the nation,”
Delhi Chief Minister also took to twitter and wished Modi on the occasion.

“Birthday greetings to PM Narendra Modi ji. I pray for your long and healthy life,” he said.
Rahul Gandhi in a tweet wrote," Happy birthday, Modi ji."
