Prez, Vice-Prez, Amit Shah greet PM on his 69th birthday

New Delhi, Sep 17 (UNI) President Ram Nath Kovind, Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu and BJP president Amit Shah led the nation in greeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 69th birthday on Tuesday.
'Best wishes and greetings to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his birthday. May you be blessed with good health, happiness and many more years of dedicated service to the nation ,' said Mr Kovind in his tweet.
Greeting Mr Modi, Mr Naidu wrote, 'Warm Birthday wishes to Prime Minister Narendra Bhai Modi. The nation is making steady progress under his able leadership'.
The Vice-President maintained that India has earned global recognition for the transformative reforms undertaken by the government under his direction and wished that Mr Modi be blessed with long and healthy life.
Wishing a long and healthy life, Mr Shah wrote, 'Your effort and determination to make every Indian's life comfortable is an inspiration for us.'
'It is a privilege to be a partner with you in national reconstruction as a public representative, an activist and a countryman. May God bless you with healthy and long life,' he stated in his tweet.
Along with development, Mr Modi made an unprecedented contribution in furthering the enriching Indian culture, Mr Shah wrote.
Mr Modi as a reformist not only gave a new direction to politics but also made everyone proud by finding a permanent solution to the problems that have been prevailing for decades along with economic reforms, he maintained.
Congratulating the Prime Minister, 'The most popular leader of the country symbolising strong will, decisive leadership and tireless hard work', Mr Shah said.
'A new India. emerging under your leadership, has made a mark in the world as a strong, secure and reliable nation,' he added.
