Prez pays floral tributes to Giani Zail Singh on birth anniversary

New Delhi, May 5 (UNI) President Ram Nath Kovind paid floral tributes to former President Giani Zail Singh on his birth anniversary at Rashtrapati Bhavan, here on Sunday.
The President, family members of Giani Zail Singh, as well as officers and staff of the President's Secretariat, paid respects before his portrait.
Singh, born on May 5, 1916 in Sandhwan, Punjab province, was the seventh President of India, serving from 1982 to 1987.
