New Delhi, Aug 11 (UNI) President Ram Nath Kovind congratulated Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu on completing three years in office.
In a letter complimenting Mr Naidu on the occasion, the President said he considered it his "good fortune to work with you and serve the people of the country".
"As Vice-President, you have already emerged as an inspiration for posteriority to learn from your ability to
transform a mix of wisdom, energy and spirited enthusisam into creative solutions for sustained nation building."
He also complimented that as Chairman of Rajya Sabha he had set the record for coducting legislative business on an unprecedented scale. It is a tribute to your genius and bipartisanship," the letter said.
He prayed for his good health.
