Prez Bhandari accepts letters of credence from ambassadors

Kathmandu, Feb 8 (UNI) Residential and non-residential ambassadors of various countries to Nepal on Thursday presented their letters of credence to President Bidya Devi Bhandari at latter’s office in Sheetal Niwas, according to The Himalayan Times.
Residential Ambassador of Switzerland to Nepal Elisabeth Von Capeller and non-residential ambassadors of Sudan, Panama and Zambia to Nepal Sirajuddin Hamid Yousuf, Gilberto Llerena Garcia and Judith KK Kan’goma Kapijimpanga respectively presented their letters of credence to the Head of the State.
Present on the occasion were Chief of Army Staff Rajendra Bahadur Chhetri, Foreign Affairs Expert at the President’s Office Madan Kumar Bhattarai, Secretary Bhupendra Prasad Poudel, Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Shankar Das Bairagi and high-ranking officials at the Office of the President and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
