New Delhi, Sep 30 (UNI) The Lok Sabha, which was adjourned sine die on September 23, was prorogued by President Ram Nath Kovind on Wednesday.
"Lok Sabha which commenced its Fourth Session on the 14th September, 2020 has been prorogued by the Hon’ble President on the 30th September, 2020," a Lok Sabha Secretariat press release said.
The Monsoon session of Parliament, which began on September 14, had been adjourned Sine Die on September 23 ahead of its schedule, due to the fears over rising number of Covid cases in the country.
