Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Oct 23 2016 9:02PM Preparation for 10 per cent disinvestment underway : HAL CMDPanaji, Oct 23 (UNI) Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) CMD T Suvarna Raju today said that the company has been asked to be prepared for disinvestment of ten per cent of shares and it's preparations were underway.Speaking to UNI on the sidelines of a function at Sattari in North Goa, Mr Raju said, ''We were told by the DPE (Department of Public Enterprises) to get prepared for disinvestment of ten per cent of shares. We are preparing. It is a continuous process. As and when certain clearances are which are yet to be given to us and the Ministry decides we will.... the last time itself the government had bought back 25 per cent of its shares that is about, including tax, Rs 6,000 crores, we paid as of March 31, 2016.
