Hyderabad, Jan 29 (UNI) In view of budget session from January 31, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi on Wednesday appealed to the opposition parties to cooperate run the budget session of the Parliament smoothly.
Talking to newsmen on the sidelines of a programme here, Mr Joshi said that the all party meeting will be held on Thursday. President Ram Nath Kovind will address Joint Session on January 31 and budget will be presented on February 1.
Mr Joshi said, “The Centre is ready to discuss on any issue on the Floor of the House. The Government’s approach is discuss, debate and disperse. “We are ready to raise any issue but it is necessary to run the house smoothly that is the expectation of the Government, request of the Government and Prime Minister”, he added.
Apart from budget, few Bills including the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code Amendment, Mine and Coal Amendment would be introduced in the Parliament , he added.
Speaking on budget, Mr Joshi said that the present government is pro-liberalization and reforms.
