New Delhi, Aug 10 (UNI) Minister of State for Corporate Affairs PP Choudhary on Friday moved a Bill to further amend the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 for consideration, as the Lok Sabha has already passed it.
The Bill seeks to replace the Ordinance. The Bill is moved for the second amendment. The first amendment was done in January, 2018.
After moving the Bill, the Minister said in the post-insolvency regime, the headache of repaying the loans is with the company and creditors.
