Police will soon arrest  MLA Ganesh in connection with assault on MLA Anand Singh at a Resort recently: Minister

Bengaluru, Jan 23 (UNI) Stating that there will be no intervention from the government on the investigation by the police on the alleged assault on the Congress MLA Anand Singh, by another Congress legislator, J N Ganesh, the home minister, M B Patil said that “nobody is above the law and accused will be arrested soon”.
Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, Mr Patil said that "the person however big he may be law will take its own course and see that those involved in such incidents were brought to books”.
He said that the Congress party, which had viewed the incident very seriously had already initiated disciplinary actions on the Kampli Congress MLA, Ganesh.
