Police stations are being handled from CM’s residence alleges Babulal Marandi

Ranchi, Oct 9 (UNI) Former Jharkhand Chief Minister and JVM(P) supremo Babulal Marandi today alleged that crores of rupees were being sent to the Chief Minister’s house by the police stations in the state and it was only obvious that in such a situation the law and order in the state would be in a mess.
Mr Marandi said there was no point talking about the law and order situation in the Jharkhand in the prevailing state of affairs. According to him the administrative officers had no control over them(police stations) "as they were being dealt by the Chief Minister’s residence."
Talking to the press after meeting the kin of rice trader Narendra Singh Hora who was gunned down near Roshpa Tower in the state capital on Friday he said that he had information that money travelled through the corridors of power when police officials were transferred at the police station level. He said that when people in the government extract money in the name of transfer of policemen, "no one should have any expectations from the police of that state."
