Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Sep 1 2016 5:58PM Police SI arrested for taking bribe in DhanbadDhanbad, Sep 1 (UNI) Sleuths of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB)today arrested a Sub-Inspector posted at Saraidhela police station area of this district while accepting a bribe of Rs 10,000 from a businessman. ACB DSP Shravan Kumar said that the arrested policeman sub inspector Balram Singh had demanded the bribe from Deepak Aggarwal to give reprieve to him and his other family members in a dowry related case filed against Mr Aggarwal by his wife. After this, Mr Aggarwal lodged a complaint with the ACB. After verification of the complaint a tarp was laid and the policeman was nabbed from his residence located at doctors colony here as soon as he accepted the bribe amount from the brother of complainant.
