Police nab five habitual theft offenders

Pune, Dec 10 (UNI) The Hadapsar Police on Monday nabbed a gang of five as they were about to break into an ATM near Shriram Company in Hadapsar area here.
According to Hadapsar Police Station senior Police Inspector(PI) Sunil Tambe, the gang headed by the accused--Arjunsingh Dhudani are habitual offenders who are involved in more than 19 cases of robbery.
He further informed,"Acting on a tip-off,a police team laid a trap near the ATM which the accused were expected to rob. Later, the accused arrived in Hyundai car to commit the crime however their attempts were thwarted by the police present present on the spot."
