Police Lathicharge on Osho devotees when they forcibly enter at Osho Ashram

Pune, Mar 22 (UNI) Defying the order of the Osho Ashram management, the Osho followers who entered the ashram were beaten and detained by the police here on Wednesday.
Despite the banning of entry around 150 to 200 Osho followers defied the management order and entered the Ashram by opening the gate. The Osho's followers were decided to go to the ashram without paying the entrance fee to garland the sannyas.
A large force of police was deployed to evict the followers who went inside the ashram and protested against the management. The followers were adamant about their demands even after being repeatedly persuaded by the police. The followers who raised loud slogans against the management in order to save the Osho Ashram have been detained by the police in evening. Many followers have been seriously injured when police restored lathicharge on them.
