Police file case against a person for firing from his revolver while standing on road

Bahraich (UP), Nov 3 (UNI)Police on Sunday registered a case against a person who fired from a licensed revolver while standing on the road on the night of Diwali in Visheshwarganj area of Bahraich district in Uttar Pradesh.
Police sources said that Uday Pratap stood on the road on the night of Diwali and fired in the air from his licensed revolver. "The video of the firing went viral on social media, which was reported to Visheshwarganj police," they said.
Police sources said taking cognizance of the viral video, police station in-charge Naveen Singh directed Sub-Pnspector Anil Yadav to investigate the matter and register a case, after which a case was registered against the youth.
