Police busts brothel, pimp among 3 arrested in Jammu

Jammu, Sep 12 (UNI) Police on Wednesday busted a brothel here on the city outskirts and arrested three persons, including a pimp, on a complaint lodged by an NGO.
“A written complaint was submitted on Tuesday by one Urja Singh, State President of NGO ‘Betiyan Foundation’, Sub Office at Talab Tillo, along with other two lady members - Radika Khajuria and Geeta Thakur at police station Bishnah,” Ramesh Kotwal, SSP Headquarters, here said.
He said the complainants submitted that one Sumaro Devi (48), resident of Chak Bana Fatwal, Tehsil Bishnah, along with her family members, was running a brothel in her house.
