Police arrests 6 gamblers, seizes stake money in Srinagar

Srinagar, Mar 21 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Police on Thursday arrested six gamblers and seized stake money from them in the summer capital, Srinagar.
A police spokesperson said that following a tipoff, a police party raided a gambling site at Zakoora in Srinagar. “Police arrested six gamblers from the site and seized stake cash of Rs 30,560 from them,” he said.
“Police has registered a case and initiated investigation to nab other people involved in gambling,” he added.
