Guwahati, Feb 14 (UNI) Underlining the rich heritage of India and its position as a world leader since the ancient times, Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank' today urged the students to work diligently as they are the future of the country as well as the world.
Taking part in a 'Yuva Samvaad', organised by Central Board of Secondary Education, regional office, Guwahati, here, he said, "Students are the future of not only the country, but the entire world. Every situation is an examination, and the students and youths should strive to overcome all successfully."
He dwelt on the rich heritage of India, mentioning how India was perceived as the 'vishwa guru' (world leader) in terms of intellectual capital.
