PNB Housing Finance Limited IPO on Oct 25, price Band Rs 750 to Rs 775

Ahmedabad, Oct 21 (UNI) PNB Housing Finance Limited today announced to open an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs 10 each (Equity Shares) on October 25 for cash including a share premium at a Price Band from Rs 750 to Rs 775 per Equity Share aggregating up to Rs. 30,00 crore.
The Issue includes a reservation of 250,000 Equity Shares for subscription by eligible employees not exceeding 5 per cent of the post-Issue paid up equity share capital.
Addressing a press conference here today MD of the company Sanjay Gupta said that the Issue will close on October 27. The minimum Bid lot is 19 Equity Shares and in multiples of 19 Equity Shares thereafter. An Employee Discount of Rs. 75 per Equity Share to the Issue Price may be offered to Eligible Employees bidding in the Employee Reservation Portion.
The Equity Shares offered through the Issue are proposed to be listed on National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE).
Promoted by parent Punjab National Bank (PNB), one of the largest nationalized banks in India, the Company is the fifth largest Housing Finance Company (HFC) in India by loan portfolio with the second largest amount of deposits in an HFC in India.
