PM Surya Ghar Yojana brings relief to Odisha consumers from electricity bill worries

Bhubaneshwar, Feb 18 (UNI) The union Government's PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana is providing much-needed relief to consumers from escalating electricity bill worries, particularly with the approaching summer season.
By installing solar panels on their rooftops, consumers have significantly reduced their electricity bills under this scheme.
The Utility Led Aggregation (ULA) model of PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana has gained significant traction, with TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPNODL) accelerating rooftop solar panel installations in the region. The initiative aims to provide clean, reliable, and affordable electricity to domestic consumers with one-kilowatt connections, ensuring high-quality and safe solar panels.
