New Delhi, Sep 18 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi replaced the 'Culture of Parikrama' with the 'Commitment of Performance' in the 'Power Corridors' of the country, Union Minister for Minority Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said here on Friday.
In a blog, Mr Naqvi said, 'This has naturally perturbed all those, who considered 'Circumambulation in the Corridors of Power' as their only strength and passport to success for the last several decades.
