PM Modi extends greetings on Valmiki Jayanti

New Delhi, Oct 7 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi today extended greetings to citizens on the occasion of Valmiki Jayanti.
In a message shared on social media platform X, Modi said that Maharishi Valmiki’s virtuous and ideal thoughts have had a deep impact on Indian society and family life since ancient times. He noted that the sage’s teachings, centred around social harmony, continue to inspire and enlighten the nation.
"Heartfelt greetings to all fellow citizens on the occasion of Maharishi Valmiki Jayanti. Since ancient times, his pure and ideal thoughts have had a profound influence on our society and families. His enlightening ideas, rooted in social harmony, will continue to illuminate the lives of our people," the Prime Minister said in Hindi on the social media platform.
