New Delhi, Oct 1 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi today met President Pranab Mukherjee at Rashtrapati Bhawan and briefed him about the 'recent developments,' a Rashtrapati Bhawan Spokesperson said.. 'Prime Minister Narendra Modi briefed President Mukherjee at Rashtrapati Bhavan this evening on recent developments,' the spokepserson said. Sources said that at his meeting with the President, the Prime Minister briefed him about the surgical strikes carried out by the Army on September 29 in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. The meeting of the PM with the President comes in the wake of the surgical strikes, carried out by the Army in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir on September 29.
