New Delhi, Mar 26 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi today paid tribute to Banga Bandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and greeted the people of Bangladesh on their Independence Day. In his monthly radio programme, 'Mann Ki Baat', the Prime Minister described the Bangladesh war of liberation as the battle of right and justice against 'injustice'. "Under the leadership of Banga Bandhu, the people of Bangladesh fought against injustice and achieved a remarkable victory," the Prime Minister said. He also assured that India stands shoulder to shoulder with Bangladesh and that India will work together with Bangladesh for peace and security in the region. UNI DEVN SDR SHS 1127
