PM flags off Vande Bharat trains at Kasaragod, Tirunelveli in SRly

Chennai, Sep 24 (UNI) The Southern Railway on Sunday said of the nine Vande Bharat trains flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi via video conferencing, two Vande Bharat services--Kasaragod-Thiruvananthapuram Central Express and Tirunelveli-Chennai Egmore Express were flagged off from Kasaragod in Kerala and Tirunelveli in Tamil Nadu.
At Kasaragod, Mr V.Muraleedharan, Union Minister of State for External Affairs and Parliamentary Affairs, Mr V. Abdurahiman, Minister for Sports, Minorities Welfare, Wakf, Haj, Post & Telegraph and Railways, Kerala Government., Mr Rajmohan Unnithan, MP and graced the ceremonial function marking the inauguration of Kasaragod–Thiruvananthapuram Central Vande Bharat Express through Alappuzha.
This Vande Bharat is of the new colour scheme.
