Thiruvananthapuram, Aug 7 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday announced ex-gratia of Rs two lakh each to the kin of those, who have lost their lives in landslide in Idukki.
Expressing deep sorrow over deaths due to the landslide, the Prime Minister announced Rs two lakh each from the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund to the kin of diseased, sources said here this evening.
Meanwhile, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan announced ex-gratia of Rs five lakh each for the bereaved families of those, who have lost their lives due to the landslide.
