PJAY anniversary observed with gaiety in Tripura district

Ambassa(Tripura), Sep 27 (UNI) The grand welfare scheme of Union government, Pradhan Mantri Jana Arogya Yojana (PMJAY) completes its one year term and the anniversary was duly observed in the northern Tripura district of Dhalai here today.
The district level observation took place at Chailengta town hall in the bordering subdivision of Longthoraivalley in the district. MLA Dibachandra Hrangkhawal inaugurated the programme where MLA Shambhulal Chakma remained as the Chief Guest among other dignitaries.
In his speech, the Inaugurator Dibachandra Hrangkhawal remarked, "Pradhan Mantri Jana Arogya Yojana is the largest welfare scheme in the world and the enrollment of beneficiaries is going on. In the entire district and especially in the subdivision of Longthoraivalley the geographical restrains remain as a major hindrance."
"At the same time, rank and file should be aware about any welfare scheme and proceed to administration to avail opportunity. But the lack of awareness among common people still remains a major drawback here. I would like to request every individual to cooperate the administration and to reach their urge to the officials so that we may attain success at the earliest possible time and
administration alone cannot make it a success," he added.
MLA Shambhulal Chakma in his speech motivated the student community to reach the message of this scheme to their families and neighbours.
A mammoth colourful rally with all the guests and students from local institutions roamed the different parts of the town before the programme. Some employees were conferred upon awards for their excellence in materializing the project in last one year.
