Cambodia on Tuesday marked the 12th anniversary of the passing of the nation's most revered King Father Norodom Sihanouk by paying tribute to his statue.Representatives of ministries, state secretariats, institutions and Phnom Penh Municipality led their delegates to lay wreaths and pay homage to the late King at the huge bronze statue, located in a park just east of the Independence Monument.
