Participating in a discussion in the Lok Sabha under rule 193 on the prevailing situation in Kashmir, which is on the boil ever since militant Burhan Wani was gunned down, the PDP Member suggested that Kashmir's issue can be addressed through Prime Minister Narendra Modi's formula of balance, patience, positive approach, empathy and dialogue.
