People must prefer to elect Sarpanches unanimously in upcoming elections: Punjab AAP

Chandigarh, Dec 6 (UNI) The Aam Aadmi Party Punjab unit on Thursday appealed to the people of the state to elect the representatives in rural elections unanimously.
In a statement here, core committee head Principal Budhram said that Congress and Akali Dal have used the people for their political gains. Both the parties have have failed to provide basic facilities to the people in last 70 years.
He said that till the time people will keep on fighting with each other on petty political issues the rural areas of state will never get the required facilities. He said that it is the need of the hour to elect young and educated people unanimously for the betterment of the society. He said that AAP advocated the unanimous way of election in panchayat elections so that the differences between village people must be resolved.
