People loot refined oil from an overturned truck in Panki of Palamu

Daltonganj, Aug 12 (UNI) People made a beeline to loot the refined oil which had fallen after a truck carrying the commodity overturned near a bridge in Tal Panchayat under Panki Police Station area of the Palamu district.
The people used buckets, drums, house hold utensils and even gallons to fill in the refined oil as much as they could and ran back to their homes. Upon receiving information a police team reached at the spot and drove away the people.
The truck was carrying refined oil from Giridih to Medninagar when the incident took place before a bridge. In the incident the driver and cleaner of the truck sustained injuries who were sent to hospital by the police.
