ParliamentPosted at: Jul 15 2019 3:27PM People in UP suffering from bone, dental ailments due to contaminated water: BJP MPNew Delhi, Jul 15 (UNI) Raising the contaminated ground water issue in the Rajya Sabha on Monday, BJP lawmaker Hari Narayan Yadav claimed that in as many as 26 districts of Uttar Pradesh, the drinking water has high fluoride content leading to bone and dental ailments.Raising the issue during the 'Zero Hour', Mr Yadav said in these districts contaminated water is either salty or Fluoride-rich."Due to the contaminated water, the people are suffering from bone diseases and dental problems. The affected persons can not stand straight at the age of just 25 or 30. The health of animals of these areas also affected and they die early.
